The Holy Cross Lutheran Church Constitution and Bylaws provide a framework for the transparent, daily operations of our church. The Constitution also provides clarity of responsibilities as changes occur within our church. It supersedes all previous editions and incorporates all relevant amendments approved by the 2019 and 2022 Churchwide Assemblies.
